Three ways to enjoy your matcha.
The purest way to enjoy ceremonial matcha. Just powder, water and a bamboo whisk.
Creamy, warming and satisfying. A perfect coffee replacement for your morning routine.
Refreshing and vibrant. The perfect summer drink that still gives you calm, focused energy.
Ceremonial grade matcha is the highest quality matcha, made from the youngest tea leaves shade-grown for 3β4 weeks before harvest. It's stone-ground into a fine powder and intended to be whisked with water alone β no milk, no sugar. It has a naturally sweet, umami-rich flavour with no bitterness.
Ceremonial grade is best enjoyed pure with water β it's delicate and complex. Latte grade is slightly more robust, designed to pair with milk and sweeteners without getting lost. Both come from quality sources; the difference is in leaf selection and intended use.
One serving of matcha (1β2g) contains around 35β70mg of caffeine β roughly half of a coffee. But unlike coffee, matcha contains L-theanine, an amino acid that slows caffeine absorption and promotes calm focus. No jitters, no crash β just steady, clean energy for 4β6 hours.
Our matcha comes directly from the ancient tea gardens of Uji, Japan β the birthplace of Japanese matcha culture, where tea has been cultivated for over 800 years. Uji's climate, soil and shade-growing tradition produce some of the world's finest matcha.
Keep matcha in a sealed container away from light, heat and moisture. Once opened, refrigerate it and use within 4β6 weeks for best flavour. Never store it near strong-smelling foods β matcha absorbs odours easily.
